Refund policy

At Bristol Men, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy clearly explains when customers are eligible for returns or refunds and complies with U.S. consumer protection guidelines and Google Merchant Center requirements.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items (when applicable)


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will respond within 24 hours (business days) with instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect → We cover all return shipping costs.

  • For voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) → The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We will always inform you of any costs before processing the return.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Instead, you may return your item and place a new order for the desired product or size.
This ensures faster processing and availability.


6. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase — before the order is processed or shipped.

After the order enters fulfilment or shipping, we can no longer cancel it.

7. Items Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you


8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Please wait 24 hours (carrier delays are common)

  • Check with neighbours or building staff

  • Contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier

If the carrier confirms loss, we will resend or refund your order.


9. U.S. Fulfilment Compliance

Although our company is registered in the United States, we work with fulfilment centres located in:

  • China

  • Spain

  • United Kingdom

All orders shipped to U.S. customers follow U.S. consumer protection laws, and all returns are processed in accordance with U.S. regulations.
