Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is processed.


Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time for all U.S. orders is:

This is the total delivery window from the moment the order is placed until it arrives at your address.


Fulfilment Locations

To ensure fast delivery and continuous stock availability, orders may be fulfilled from one of our international logistics partners, depending on product availability.

Orders may be shipped from different logistics centres. This does not affect delivery times.

We do not currently offer express or overnight shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to display after dispatch.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Although rare, delays may occur due to:

Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins.
